What is your return policy?

All jersey's are made custom to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns at this time.

Can I cancel my order after purchasing?

Cancelations and refunds cannot be granted prior to the expected delivery date. Our products usually arrive within 20-25 business days, meaning we cannot cancel an order before that time is reached. We appreciate your patience. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We currently ship to all countries around the world. Additional shipping fees may apply. 

How long does shipping usually take?

To ensure we can continue charging low prices for high quality jerseys, all of our jerseys are made to order. From the time production begins to the time the jersey reaches your door, we expect it to take roughly 20-25 business days to reach most destinations. 

Why haven't I received a tracking number?

As stated above, all jerseys are made to order, meaning we have to put them through production before shipping. Once production is complete, the tracking number will be updated and your jersey will arrive 3-4 business days later. 

I ordered multiple items, but only received part of my order?

Don't panic. This is very normal. Since all jerseys are made to order, it is possible that some jerseys will get through production faster than others. In an attempt to get you your jerseys as soon as possible, it is common for us to ship out part of your order before the other part is complete. We will email you beforehand if this situation arises. 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and almost all major debit and credit cards. This is to ensure safe, protected transactions. Putting you, the buyer, at ease.
